{"id":60,"date":"2022-04-14T16:12:14","date_gmt":"2022-04-14T16:12:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vbridgeit.com\/career\/?post_type=jobpost&#038;p=60"},"modified":"2022-04-14T16:15:04","modified_gmt":"2022-04-14T16:15:04","slug":"scrum-master%ef%bf%bc%ef%bf%bc","status":"publish","type":"jobpost","link":"https:\/\/vbridgeit.com\/career\/jobs\/scrum-master%ef%bf%bc%ef%bf%bc\/","title":{"rendered":"Scrum Master\ufffc\ufffc"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">VBridgeIT Inc. &nbsp;is seeking a scrum master with banking and financial experience to join a team with one of our financial clients. <br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Work with the Product owner to align teams with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary information&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Facilitate groups of 30 or more and coach multiple teams across the product&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Create an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Champion continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coach organization to conduct continuous improvement events&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Communicate organizational impediments to leadership; clear impediments for the team&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Embrace the concept of continuous learning in your own journey and instill the same in the team(s) you coach&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Coach product owners in creation and maintenance of the product backlog, including empirical planning&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Appreciate the depths of Lean and Agile practices and principles, help teams appreciate them&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Teach systems thinking and servant leadership&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Bring ideas from professional facilitation, coaching, conflict management, mediation and so on to help the team become a high-performance team&nbsp;<br><br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Associate&nbsp;degree or equivalent experience&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Expertise with Agile and&nbsp;Scrum&nbsp;frameworks and their application in Product Development and delivery organization&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Ability to coach and mentor&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>&nbsp;Ability to collaborate with and influence people at various levels&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>&nbsp;Sound understanding of Scaling framework such as LeSS and various other Agile frameworks such as Kanban, XP&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Ability to leverage skills from coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution and more to serve the team(s)&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Possess an executive presence and ability to coach multiple teams across the product&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Knowledge of industry-wide technology strategies&nbsp;<\/li><li>Ability to leverage capabilities across the firm to solve local problems&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>VBridgeIT Inc. &nbsp;is seeking a scrum master with banking and financial experience to join a team with one of our financial clients.
