This is a <strong>short-term contract role<\/strong> supporting a recent migration from Kronos to Workday. The ideal candidate will partner closely with HR Operations and IT to deliver effective solutions aligned with business needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Partner with HR Product Owners and technical teams to solve complex issues within Workday Timekeeping, Absence, and Scheduling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide input into product priorities using data from stakeholders, industry best practices, and customer feedback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure Workday configurations align with global standards and integrate seamlessly with other systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use Lean principles to design, launch, and assess innovative technical solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with in-house teams and external vendors to resolve incidents and build system knowledge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as the go-to for troubleshooting and resolving issues independently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effectively communicate status updates, solutions, and key concerns to stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working in matrixed environments with various internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in the software development lifecycle and lean product principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sharp analytical and critical thinking capabilities with attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfort working in a feedback-driven, high-accountability culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Education &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8+ years of IT experience with a focus on diverse technical domains.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 years of experience in global <strong>Workday HR implementation<\/strong> projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 years of experience with <strong>Workday US Payroll<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven track record with <strong>end-to-end Workday Timekeeping, Absence, and Scheduling<\/strong> deployments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong skills in <strong>Workday reporting<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Workday Configuration Certification<\/strong> is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with <strong>Static Scheduling<\/strong> is highly desirable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience supporting multicultural, virtual teams across time zones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nice to Have<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least one full-cycle Workday deployment focused on Timekeeping, Absence, and Scheduling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with Static Scheduling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certified in Workday Configuration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Apply Now<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re an experienced Workday consultant ready to take on a short-term project with big impact, we want to hear from you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udce7 <strong>Email your resume to:<\/strong> hr@vbridgeit.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf10 <strong>Learn more about us at:<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vbridgeit.com\">www.vbridgeit.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM \u2013 4:00 PM CT Contract Duration: 2\u20133 Months (No potential for contract-to-hire) Employment Type: Contract Location: Remote\/Hybrid (Preferred) Pay Rate: $55\/hr Company: VBridgeIT Inc.
